Overview
Since 2018, the Silversands Origin resort (Grand Anse Beach) has been operating in Grenada under the management of Leading Hotels of the World (LHW). In addition to the original design for such resorts, the hotel became famous for its infrastructure, including the unique 100-meter pool, the largest in the Caribbean. Now, next to Mount Cinnamon Beach, another five-star hotel with 120 rooms is being built — Silversands Legacy. And the investor is also entitled to a bonus — free accommodation in the existing Silversands Origin hotel for 7 days each year of ownership of Silversands Legacy shares. In parallel with the construction of the hotel, private villas will be built nearby. These villas are also approved for the citizenship program of Grenada.
