The Republic of Serbia amends the law on citizenship. What does it mean? Who would be allowed to obtain Citizenship of Serbia. Recently it became known that the local government wants to build an official scheme for the naturalization procedure for those who have been legally residing in Serbia for at least a year, and will also fulfill a number of additional conditions. Finally the Serbian Parliament approved amendments that will allow foreigners to obtain a residence permit and a work permit at the same time. The validity of a residence permit will increase from one year to three years. Thereafter foreigners will be able to apply for permanent residence and citizenship.

Meanwhile Montenegro, neighboring country to Serbia, plans to tighten the requirements for issuing a residence permit both for opening a company and for buying real estate. Local officials are unable to cope with the load in the face of increased demand. And the Montenegrin investment citizenship program stopped accepting new applications at the end of 2022. They are currently processing old applications.

Therefore, Apex Capital Partners has launched a new service.

Now, through APEX, you can securely and legally obtain a residence permit in Serbia for opening a company with full legal support.

And also, APEX will close all questions on finding an office and housing for rent, opening bank accounts.

This is an opportunity to obtain official status in Europe and get a chance to be in the front row for Citizenship of Serbia when the procedure is launched. And this is a visa-free entry to Schengen and not only.
