Montenegro has attracted the attention of investors from all over the world with its citizenship by investment program, which has caused a rush of demand (accepting new applications has been stopped since December 31, 2022). As planned by the authorities, real estate in Montenegro has begun to be built more intensively. All this is in parallel with the state program for the development of transport infrastructure. In particular, a highway was launched leading from the south to the north of the country.
Let us recall that applicants for the Montenegro citizenship by investment program could choose from authorized resort real estate projects, both in the south of the country and in the north (purchase of shares in projects), in the developing region of Kolasin.
